PowerMax offers a full 120-day warranty on any Pre-owned Certified computer we sell. With this extended warranty, the warranty period is extended to a full twelve months from the date of purchase.

The simple version as to how this works is as follows:

If it's not working properly, we'll fix it as long as we receive it within the time frame covered by the warranty. The exception to this is of course in regards to consumables or software. We only ask that you call and talk to us so we can use our expertise to make sure it's something that has to be repaired by a technician.

If you return the unit to us (be sure to get an RMA number first) and it hasn't been abused (in our judgment) or isn't a consumable, such as a battery, or it isn't just because software isn't working properly, we'll fix it and send it back to you the same way you sent it to us. If software is part or all of the problem, we'll see what we can do for you. There are no guarantees there, but we want your device to work for you as much as you want it to, so we'll always do all we can.

This warranty must be purchased at the same time you purchase your used Mac from us. We may be able to extend an exception depending your circumstances, but of course we would need to protect against the idea of, for instance, buying car insurance after you've just crashed your car. But talk to your PowerMax representative if you're interested in buying this extended warranty after you already purchased your used Mac.

Once in a great while someone asks us to provide the complete terms and conditions of our extended warranty... perhaps not surprisingly, usually it's an attorney. Nowadays, Apple has a legal team that could probably fill a small stadium, so if you're just dying to read all sorts of fine print, go here. Generally, if push comes to shove, our terms and conditions on the repair of covered Apple products will mirror Apple's, so if that's what you really need to see, read all their stuff.

Otherwise, PowerMax is here to help you enjoy the greatest experience with Apple products you can possibly have!
