Shipping & Delivery FAQ

How do I find out the status of my order?

Once your purchase has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail, which will include the UPS tracking code and link to the UPS site.

If you have not received either the Shipping Confirmation e-mail yet or a personal update from your PowerMax consultant, it's more than likely your products will ship out in the next 24 hours, unless otherwise noted from your sales representative. If you would like more details, feel free to contact our Customer Service team at 1-888-769-7629 or e-mail sales@powermax.com. Since we don't use voice mail during office hours, and always answer our e-mails, we're always able to make sure you know exactly what's going on, from a real live human being.

How long will it be before I receive my goods?

You may have noticed that when you calculated shipping on our site, you were given choices of 1-2, 2-4 and 5-10 business days. The reason we do this instead of asking you to choose between UPS 2 Day or Next Day, etc., is that we want to know when you want the products, and we then take that information and do everything we can to get it to you during that time, regardless of what shipping method is required. We will even sometimes arrange for warehouses across the country to deliver products to cut down transit time, which can cost us a bit more, but we'll always do whatever it takes to exceed your expectations.

If there are any back orders, special orders, or other issues that would delay your shipping, you will be personally contacted by your sales rep. Obviously, international orders, including shipments to APO/FPO and military addresses, are going to take a little longer for proper packaging and paperwork. Can you ship my stuff faster?

Expedited orders need to be placed by 1pm PST, but if it absolutely, positively, needs to be there the next day, call a Sales Consultant at 1-888-769-7629 and they will see if they can move mountains for you. We strive to ship all orders same business day but expedited orders do take precedence. The following shipping options are available when you check out.

  • Standard Shipping - delivery within 5-10 business days
  • Rushed UPS Shipping - delivery within 2-4 business days
  • Expedited UPS Shipping – delivery in 1-2 business days

Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes as well as Military APO/FPO addresses. However, please allow additional time for these types of orders. For more details on our Armed Forces shipping, check out our APO/FPO Policies.

What do you charge for standard shipping?

Standard UPS ground is free on all purchases over $100 (some exclusions do apply). Our site links directly to UPS, and shipping charges which do not qualify for the free shipping are based on weight calculations, value and destination. For more details you can check out the UPS website.

What are the shipping charges for returning an order?

There are no return shipping charges for verified DOA Apple computers, but return freight on all other products is the responsibility of the customer.

PowerMax will be happy to assist you if you're uncertain how to ship a returned product. For more information on returns, please see our return policy page. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, if you pay to send the item back to PowerMax, and it qualifies under our return policy, we will either replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge or provide a prompt refund. At PowerMax, we pride ourselves on being easy to work with and will employ every resource to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.
