PowerMax.com does ship many of our products internationally. There are, however, certain manufacturers who ask that we do not ship internationally. Call your PowerMax sales representative for details.
We generally use UPS for international shipping. Once your product ships, we send tracking information with your shipping details, all of which is available online through the UPS website. Bear in mind, some products may be subject to international restriction, but if there is an issue with the availability of your product, your sales rep will let you know. Important note: for international customers we do not pay for shipping costs back to us on damaged or defective items and we also do not cover return shipping for replacement items.
We don’t charge a fee for processing international orders, with the exception of some small banking fees should your purchase be paid via bank wire transfer. Please note that since we are not in control of shipping or import operations in your country, your package is subject to all customs, tariff, duties, Value added Tax (VAT), etc. as dictated by your locale.
Payment for international orders is either through bank wire transfer or, in some cases, credit cards are allowed. Each international order will be assigned your own sales rep and they will contact you to let you know what method will work best. Due to the high fraud rate with Internet orders we take the necessary precautions to minimize both your, and our, risk when shipping products internationally.
