Here's how this works:

  1. You buy a new Mac from us.
  2. Sometime in the future, you decide to trade that Mac in for an even newer one.
  3. You chat with one of our knowledgeable PowerMax trade-in experts and arrange a trade-in.
  4. You box up the used machine and let us know it's ready to go.
  5. Upon receipt, we review the machine and verify the quoted trade-in value.
  6. If you sent the machine ahead of your purchase, the amount will be deducted from your purchase. If you send it in afterwards (which is often easier so you can transfer data, etc.), we'll credit your credit card after we check it all out.
  7. Rinse and repeat anytime you have a hankering to upgrade your Mac.
