Our used Macs come with a 90-day warranty. If you encounter any hardware problem within the first 90 days of receipt, simply give us a call. If we can’t help cure it with you over the phone, we’ll provide you a Return Authorization and will then repair it for free. In addition, because we know it’s really annoying when something breaks just outside of warranty, if you have a problem within 60 days of the expiration of your warranty, we’ll still repair it at no charge, you’ll pay only the cost of the replacement hardware and shipping costs. This extension is even valid if you elect to purchase our additional 90 days of coverage, which is only $49 on desktops and $69 on laptops.

In addition to this generous warranty coverage, PowerMax also offers you two additional guarantees:

  1. First, if it arrives and isn't immediately functioning as it should, we'll pick it up and replace it at our expense (some conditions apply).
  2. Second, if at any time during the first 90 days of the purchase of a pre-owned Mac, you wish to use our popular Mac trade-in service, we'll guarantee you the FULL purchase price value you paid toward the purchase of anything else we sell!
