The MCE OptiBay Hard Drive for MacBook or MacBook Pro 15-inch replaces your internal SuperDrive or Combo drive with a high performance hard drive providing additional internal hard drive space!
In order to maintain CD/DVD read/write functionality one can choose to include a Portable USB 2.0 8x Double-Layer SuperDrive with your OptiBay Hard Drive. This super-slim external SuperDrive provides you with a bootable, bus-powered drive that is just as compatible with iTunes, iDVD and Finder Burning as before, and in some areas even exceeds the capabilities of the original internal optical drive. And you're able to use this drive only when you need it.

BIG kudos to your company for shipping to APOs. I love Apple and all their products, but their lack of support to Service Members deployed and stationed overseas has been a sore point with me for a long time!!!
