The iMac G5 was introduced in 17-inch and 20-inch display sizes and featured the revolutionary style of the entire computer encased in one complete flat-panel design. The iMac G5s use a modern-looking aluminum stand which is VESA compliant, meaning it is very easy to mount the unit on alternative stands and arms. Some models have the built-in iSight camera.
The iMac G5s feature PowerPC 970 processors and have effective built-in speakers beneath the LCD display designed to bounce the sound off the desk underneath. They are able to run OS 9 ('Classic') applications under emulation, but they are not 'dual-bootable' (i.e. they must boot into OS X).
