I'm more of a luddite than you. I'd be happy going back to the old black dial phone. Except I want: 1) to be hands free; 2) to turn the ring tone down/off. For home use I don't care about hold or transfer or call waiting or conferencing. Re-dial would be nice, but not required.

Speaking of "getting it," why don't more companies "get it" like PowerMax does? Over the years, I've purchased 3 or 4 computers, traded in several, and always have found the P-Max people to be friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even getting someone on the phone seems to be a chore (if even possible) with so many other companies...I refer people to PowerMax all the time-- keep it up!

Right on Kevin! How about remotes? I have about 15 remotes for TVs, VCRs, DVDs, etc., and none of them have the elegance of design that Apple is famous for. And I like your Intelligentsia analogy... those folks are smart and great, but they often miss the average user experience in their designs. In addition, Asians seem to love their buttons, and since most electronics come from there, we get buttons, buttons and more buttons, few of which are designed to focus on the main uses. Keep going Apple! And we love PowerMax!
