		<description>I have now lost count of the number of times we've purchased through PowerMax. We've purchased MacBook Pros, a desktop unit, backup units, Ipods, software, and we couldn't be more pleased. While the website shows a folksy, fun, easy-going, humorous side to the staff, they truly know, understand and give professional service. My initial encounter a couple of years ago was with Heidi Wheeler who is superb. I've had questions answered on-line via the "Ask Jacob" column and yesterday the tech support person - a real person, mind you - helped me through a situation and never made me feel foolish for a minute. He offered additional ideas and between Heidi's suggestions and the tech support person, they received another order from me and there wasn't an ounce of pressure. Just suggestions with good explanations. 
It's refreshing to talk to "real people" without having to punch a hundred different numbers first. 
I just can't say enough good things about PowerMax.
I really doubt if anyone who tries then would be disappointed.</description>
