Hello Kevin,

I have to add my "Me too" about your article. In this poor economy, we are tempted to just go with the cheapest, when we truly value quality and service after the purchase a lot more. Some of our Windows friends are finding this out more and more, that it's not just the purchase price, but what needs to be spent after the purchase that you need to consider. Hello, Conflicer!

I've enjoyed the service that I've received from PowerMax, and have recommended you to other people, wanting to buy Macintosh products, whenever possible. Thank you so much, and keep up the good work.

These are great thoughts, Kevin! While I'm definitely budget-conscious (especially with all the mentions of the global recession going on), I also recognize that "value" in its truest sense goes beyond just mere dollar cost. I'd rather pay a premium for a superb experience than skimp and have a sad time — happiness comes first.

Speaking of that, I've just had a delightful experience ordering a Mac mini from PowerMax. Michelle was wonderful to talk to, and kudos to who else helped, I'd acknowledge them more specifically if I knew their names! Anyway, I blogged about it: http://torley.com/torleys-experience-buying-a-new-mac-mini-from-powermax
